I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with many restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance. It was only a short 10-minute walk to the Sanctuary of Fatima and just a minute away from the "Way of the Shepherds." The hotel had clean and comfortable rooms with a lovely terrace. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of delicious sweet and savory dishes. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location, cleanliness, and great breakfast.

We had a group booking and we all were happy with the rooms,for the price we paid it was very excellent and I will definitely rate the hotel as a 3 star hotel not a 2 star hotel...the family room was very comfortable as it had two bathrooms...Breakfast was also excellent..especially the home made cakes.The staff was very freindly and we had good time there.the fatima church is just 800ms from there and I will recomend that for all type of people,with family or single...

The staff went above and beyond, even teaching me about Fatima history, and dropping me off with all my luggage! The breakfast was a feast fit for a queen.

Such a shame about the small room, I had to do yoga in the bathroom!

We got great value for our money at Hotel Lagoa Dos Pastorinhos. The room was clean and cozy, and we even had a balcony. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the sanctuary and restaurants. The staff treated us with kindness and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The morning meal could have been improved with better quality cheese and ham.

Breakfast was amazing, where else can you find homemade bread, fruits, and gourmet coffee? The staff was so helpful, they even organized a shuttle service and car rental for me. Free WiFi was a bonus.

The only thing we wished for was a better nightlife scene. As young party-goers, we were looking for some fun after a day of exploring.

Pros of our stay at this incredible hotel: Mind-blowing late-night welcome from the sweet and helpful Cecilia; super comfy full bed in our room with an additional side room and private bathrooms ; jaw-dropping free parking; impressive breakfast spread within walking distance of the Sanctuary of Fatima; very friendly owner/manager who gave great tips and even dropped us off at the bus terminal; fresh and modern decor that was very inviting; closer to the Caminho dos Pastorinhos; clean accommodations with street parking available.

My family and I had a wonderful experience at the Lagoa Residencia. The staff/owner (Sergio) provided great assistance with our questions about the sites to visit and directions. The buffet breakfast was excellent and plentiful. This is great value for the price and I would highly recommend this hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay at this family-run hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful, even assisting us with dinner despite our late arrival. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding, with fresh sheets and thoughtful details like interconnecting rooms and extra bathrooms. Cecilia went above and beyond by providing a clothes stand for our damp clothes and the room even had coffee/tea amenities. The breakfast spread was incredible, with fresh and crispy croissants and a delicious chocolate cake. The staff even lent us foldable chairs for the vigil. we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

We felt totally at home during our stay and have no complaints whatsoever.
